The S-1 GARD Dangerzone Deflector is a securely mounted, maintenance free device installed in front of the dual right rear wheels of a transit bus, designed to deflect a person out of the path of the wheels, preventing catastrophic injury or death.

The S-1 GARD is cast using only the best BASF urethane available for a lifetime expectancy as long as any transit bus is in service. Each part is custom fit to accommodate your bus configurations.

PRESS RELEASE: The new S-1 GARD receiver design (patent pending) has improved energy absorption to help minimize damage from direct impact, curbs, potholes, and other potential hazards.
